DNUO Technology, a professional manufacturer of fiberglass reinforced plastic production equipment, has launched its advanced multi-functional FRP sheet production line, delivering flexible, high-efficiency manufacturing solutions for global composite material manufacturers.
The newly upgraded production line supports the fabrication of four mainstream panels: lighting sheets, color sheets, standard flat sheets and gel coat sheets, fully meeting diverse market demands for construction, agriculture and industrial roofing materials. 


In terms of core technical parameters, the line requires 4 to 7 operators to run stably, with an adjustable production speed ranging from 2 to 10 meters per minute. Its maximum effective flat sheet width reaches 1500mm, while the wave height of corrugated products can hit up to 130mm. Finished sheet thickness covers 0.4mm to 4mm, and the gel coat layer thickness is controllable between 0.2mm and 0.4mm. We can design the upper gel coat type machine and the lower gel coat sheet machine as customers’ request.The total power demand stands at 100kW, the actual operational power consumption is only around 40kW per hour, bringing remarkable energy-saving benefits for factory owners.
Equipped with eight outstanding technical advantages, the machine stands out among similar equipment. It adopts imported high-precision forged doctor blades to guarantee ultra-thin, uniform gel coat layers with minimal dimensional error. The gel coat curing zone adopts DNUO self-developed clip flattening rollers, simplifying operation while achieving stable tension control. A PLC intelligent control system enables user-friendly operation; new staff can master independent production after short-term training.


Exclusive temperature control algorithms enable rapid oven heating and precise temperature regulation, lifting product quality, cutting energy waste and shortening pre-production preparation time. The roving chopper maintains perfect synchronization with the whole line, and the dedicated cross-cutting unit delivers accurate cutting with stable synchronous performance. The built-in automatic fault alarm system pinpoints breakdown locations instantly to lower maintenance difficulty. Moreover, DNUO offers customized machine dimensions and layout designs to match clients’ unique factory space and production targets.
