The upgraded FRP gel coat sheet machine adopts advanced PLC intelligent control system and high-precision pulse-free metering technology to ensure stable and precise production output. It supports stable continuous high-speed production with an adjustable speed of 2-12m/min, producing high-quality FRP sheets with a width up to 1500mm and a thickness range of 0.4-5mm,gel coat 0.2-0.4mm to meet various diversified customized market demands. Equipped with professional PID constant temperature control and circulating hot air curing system, the equipment ensures uniform gel coat coating effect, consistent sheet thickness and with film folding device,it can realize zero edge material waste. It greatly improves overall production efficiency while effectively cutting energy consumption and labor costs. The whole production line only requires 4-7 operators, realizing fully efficient, automatic and intelligent streamlined production.
