To meet the escalating market demands for anti-corrosion and daylighting building materials worldwide, Qinhuangdao Dinuo Technology has upgraded its advanced DN1500 standard automatic fiberglass sheet production line for FRP panels and anti-corrosion roof tiles. Focusing on intelligent manufacturing and technological innovation, the company aims to deliver high-quality, durable, and customizable fiberglass reinforced plastic building materials for industrial, construction, livestock, and warehouse projects across global markets.
The newly optimized DN1500 FRP sheet production line adopts a mature continuous molding process and a refined intelligent control system. It supports standardized mass production as well as personalized customized production, balancing high efficiency, stable output, and superior product consistency. With strict and standardized installation requirements, the equipment operates steadily in qualified industrial workshops, requiring a ground flatness within 5 cm, a hardened ground layer over 20 cm, and sufficient installation space of over 5 m in width, 70 m in length, and 5 m in height. Powered by a 380V 50HZ industrial power supply and a 100KVA dedicated transformer, the whole line supports 24-hour continuous stable operation with controllable energy consumption.
In terms of production capacity and product specifications, the versatile FRP panel production line manufactures FRP panels with a forming width within 1500 mm, a thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 5 mm, and a maximum wave height of 130 mm. The production speed is adjustable from 2 m/min to 10 m/min, allowing flexible adjustment of production rhythm according to different order requirements. It fully adapts to the mass production and customized production of various FRP sheets and anti-corrosion tiles.
The entire production line consists of eight core modular systems, including foundation leveling, resin feeding, precision metering, fiber infiltration, thickness control, constant-temperature curing, traction cutting, and electric control systems. Full-process automatic operation effectively reduces manual errors and ensures consistent product quality.
