Dinuo Technology Ships Complete DN1500 FRP Continuous Sheet Production Line to Colombia
Recently, Qinhuangdao Dinuo Technology has completed full factory loading operations for a complete DN1500 FRP continuous sheet production line. The shipment is scheduled to depart on August 22, and the whole set of machinery is expected to arrive at the destination port in October. This project stands as another solid achievement for Dinuo Technology in Latin American FRP sheet equipment market, proving international clients’ recognition of our R&D capability, manufacturing quality and after-sales service system
The DN1500 is one of Dinuo’s flagship mature models for FRP corrugated panel manufacturing. It supports maximum sheet expanding width up to 1500 mm, adjustable thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 5 mm, production speed variable between 2-10 m/min, and maximum wave height of 130 mm. The complete line covers adjustable base runway system, resin feeding and stirring unit, pulse free metering pumps for resin, curing agent, accelerant and pigment, infiltration platform with electric PID heating, roving chopper and CSM laying device, thickness regulating assembly, multi zone hot air curing ovens, traction mechanism, dust free edge trimming and synchronous cutting station. Core electrical components are sourced from well known brands DELTA and CHNT. Dual control cabinets enable touch screen operation for formula ratio, temperature, traction speed and automatic length cutting. Operators can switch moulds without stopping the machine, which greatly improves overall production efficiency and lowers material waste.
The Colombian customer focuses on local building material sector and plans to produce GRP skylight sheets and corrugated roofing panels for factory and warehouse renovation projects. During technical communication, our engineering team analysed local working conditions and confirmed every technical parameter for stable long time running. Upon equipment arrival, Dnuo will send professional technicians for on site installation, full commissioning and hands on operator training to help the customer achieve smooth mass production as soon as possible.
