Qinhuangdao Dinuo Technology Development Co., Ltd., one of China’s earliest and largest manufacturers of continuous FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) sheet machine , has launched its flagship FRP3200 gel-coated flat panel production line, specifically designed for vehicle body panels.
Holding an 80% share of the domestic FRP machinery market, the company exports its reliable production lines to dozens of countries worldwide, including Mexico, Russia, Turkey, India, Indonesia, Colombia, Malaysia, Chile, and Brazil.
The FRP3200 line is engineered to produce ultra-flat gel-coated FRP panels, featuring a maximum effective width of 3,200 mm and an adjustable thickness range of 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm. With overall dimensions of 90m × 5m × 3.5m—customizable to fit specific factory layouts and requirements—the line operates at speeds of 2 to 5 meters per minute. It requires only 4 to 10 operators, has a total installed capacity of 350 kVA, and maintains an actual power consumption of approximately 100 kW per hour.
The line fully complies with rigorous international manufacturing standards. The production process is divided into five distinct functional zones: the gel-coat application station, the resin and fiberglass impregnation zone, the multi-point temperature-controlled curing oven, the air-cooling section, and the automatic cutting and winding unit. Its core competitive advantage lies in the pioneering "chain-clamping flattening technology"—the only solution on the market capable of meeting the ultra-high flatness standards required for truck body panels.
Additionally, the equipment integrates several cutting-edge designs: a temperature-controlled raw material mixing system, a pulse-free precision metering system, multi-channel independent temperature control on the impregnation platform, and full Ethernet bus communication. Customers can choose between Delta and Siemens control systems, with support for remote after-sales service and host-computer production management functions. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, the line simplifies parameter settings and lowers the operational threshold.
All frames are constructed from steel meeting national standards, ensuring a robust and reliable structure; equipped with an automatic fault alarm system, they effectively reduce the frequency of maintenance.
