DNUO Unveils Advanced FRP 3200 Production Line for 3.2 Meter Wide Truck Carriage Panels
Qinhuangdao, China — Dinuo Technology has officially launched its flagship FRP 3200 continuous production line, a fully automated manufacturing system purpose built for producing 3.2 meter ultra wide gel coat FRP carriage panels for refrigerated trucks, cargo vans, RVs and special vehicle compartments. Breaking previous width limits of conventional fiberglass sheet equipment, this new line addresses growing global market demand for large format, high flatness composite panels used in modern transportation vehicle bodies.
The production line delivers a maximum effective working width of 3200 mm, with adjustable sheet thickness ranging from 0.4 mm up to 4.0 mm. Its running speed is variable from 1 meter to 5 meters per minute, allowing factories to balance high volume output and precise quality control according to different product formulas. Only 4-10 skilled operators are required to run the complete line, significantly cutting labour cost compared with discontinuous manual moulding processes. The whole production workflow covers gel coat pouring, fiberglass mat feeding, resin metering and impregnation, multi zone temperature controlled curing oven, cooling section and final automatic cross cutting unit.
One core innovation is Dinuo’s proprietary chain clip flattening technology, which guarantees exceptional surface flatness critical for truck carriage panels. Many competing wide width FRP machines struggle with waviness and surface distortion on over 3 meter sheets; this mechanical flattening solution keeps panels stable through high temperature curing without creases or uneven stress deformation Made-in-China. Besides, non pulse precision metering pumps independently regulate resin, curing agent and accelerator feeding volumes, ensuring consistent raw material ratio for every meter of produced sheet, which stabilizes finished product hardness, weather resistance and anti corrosion performance.
Panels manufactured on FRP 3200 feature smooth gel coat surfaces, excellent impact resistance and long outdoor service life. These FRP skins are widely adopted to make sandwich carriage boards together with polyurethane foam cores for insulated refrigerated trucks, camper walls, mobile stalls and container type housing units. Customers no longer need to bond narrow small sheets together, eliminating extra glue joints and potential water leaking risks on vehicle body surfaces
