DNUO Design Around the Customer
Every customer's factory is different--different floor space, different power setup, different output targets, different final products. That's why DNUO doesn't sell one standard FRP sheet machine and expect it to fit everyone. Each production line gets designed around the customer it's built for.
Before manufacturing any machine, DNUO's engineering team will first create a custom design based on the actual conditions of each customer's factory.
Output targets, sheet dimensions, daily production goals — these all shape how a line gets built. A customer aiming for high daily output needs a different setup than one running smaller, more specialized batches. DNUO works through these numbers with the customer up front, then puts together a full line built to hit those targets without wasting floor space or power.
Molds are made to order too. Some customers want a particular wave pattern for roofing sheets, others need water channels of a specific width, and some just want flat panels in a size nobody else stocks. And because the molds are swappable, one machine can turn out several different roofing profiles — switch the mold, and you're making something new.
On the machine itself, operation runs through a PLC touch screen, so raw material ratios and production settings get punched in rather than adjusted by hand at a dozen different points. Thickness control is handled by computer calculation, backed up with a manual controller for cases where an operator wants to fine-tune it directly.
The mold sits on a PID-controlled electric heating platform. It holds the temperature steady, so the resin soaks into the roving evenly, and it doesn't waste power doing it. After that, the sheets go through a hot air circulation oven to cure, and the oven recirculates its own heat instead of constantly pulling in more.
Edge cutting is dust-free and quiet, so the floor around the machine stays clean and workers aren't shouting over the noise all day.
What customers end up with is a line their operators can run without a lot of fuss, one that can pick up a new product later just by changing the mold.
